The PPBSO Ottawa Branch is celebrating it’s 40th anniversary!
Founded in 1971 by Archie Cairns, the PPBSO Ottawa Branch has actively promoted Piping and Drumming in a geographical area from Belleville, to Cornwall and up to the greater Ottawa region.
