Passages – October 1, 2011 – John Blair Kerr

It is with great sorrow we announce the passing of John Blair Kerr (M.W.O. (Ret.) RCAF) on October 1, 2011 at the age of 82.    John was a former lead tip of Shotts and Dykehead Caledonia, McNish Distillery Pipe Band, and Dunvegan Pipeband.  He was also a drumming adjudicator and instructor.   John was an active member in the area and will be missed.  Our condolences to John’s family and friends.

A ceilidh will be held to celebrate John’s rich life on October 14, 2011, 4:30 p.m. , at The Royal Canadian Legion, Branch 638, 70 Hines Road, Kanata, Ontario.
