The 78th Fraser Highlanders Pipe Band of Ottawa is looking for pipers & drummers, both novice & experienced, to continue building upon our very successful first season, and equally successful start to our second season. Enjoy a relaxed and welcoming atmosphere whether you’re looking for a competition band or simply for a great group of people to take part in parades, performances, or at the various events we participate in.
