It is with deep regret that we announce the death of James Gray on February 15, 2012, aged 35, after a lengthy struggle with amyotrophic lateral sclerosis (ALS), also known as Lou Gehrig’s disease. James’ piping career included the Ogilvy Pipe Band, the Air Command Pipes and Drums, Rob Roy Pipe Band, the Band of the Ceremonial Guard and Queen’s Bands.
A funeral service will be held on Tuesday, February 21st at 11:00 a.m. at Tubman Funeral Homes, Garden Chapel, 3440 Richmond Road, Ottawa, followed by a reception.
