Annual General Meeting Notice 2026
The PPBSO Ottawa Branch will hold its Annual General Meeting (AGM) on Saturday, October 24th, 2026. The meeting will take place in person at the
Junior Ranks Mess - 4 Queen Elizabeth Driveway, Ottawa, ON K2P 2H9
The AGM will begin promptly at 5:00 PM, prior to the first round of Knockouts.
During the meeting, the Branch will provide updates on activities since the last AGM and present a financial report. We will also conduct the nomination and election of the Executive for the upcoming year. Additionally, we will open the floor for a broader discussion, allowing community members to ask questions or share comments.
Please note that individuals who are not currently paid members of the PPBSO Ottawa Branch may participate in the discussion but will not be eligible to vote.
