Don’t Miss a Relic of Ottawa’s Piping History!
Last displayed in Ottawa in 1899, don’t miss visiting a very special set up bagpipes that are on display in the Barbara Ann Scott Gallery in Ottawa City Hall, 110 Laurier Ave. West, until April 26th. These pipes are at least 200 years old, and, according to legend, were played at the Battle of Culloden in 1746!
Brought back to Ottawa through a special partnership between the Scottish Society of Ottawa and the City of Ottawa Archives. For more information, please visit the SSO website.
