please be on the look out for these bagpipes.
The pipes were stolen from the doorstep of the owner’s home in the Alta Vista/Canterbury area last Monday evening August 31 after weekly Sons of Scotland band practice.
Description: Pre-1970 African Blackwood Bagpipe with P. Henderson drone top markings and imitation ivory (dark orange) mounts. It has a red suede Ross bag and cannisters, a green bag cover and tartan ribbons. The black nylon backpack bag had two pipe chanters and one practice chanter with associated gear. Picture below.
The pipes were acquired in 1985.
