It is our sad duty to announce that CWO (Ret’d) E.J. (Ted) Moffatt former pipe major of both the Cameron highlanders and the Ottawa police pipe bands died Sat October 15, at approximately 1630 from a cardiac event.
Funeral arrangements are with Hulse, Playfair and McGarry at the West Chapel,150 Woodroffe Avenue, (at Byron), Ottawa,Ontario K2A 3T9. Visitation will be held on Thursday, 20 October 2:00 – 4:00 pm and 7:00 – 9:00 pm. Funeral service will be at the chapel at HP&M on Friday at 10:30 am. There will be a reception there after the service.
