We would also like to address a few questions we've had regarding timing and order of play. Due to the unexpected loss of our usual venue, we had to quickly pivot to secure a new location, which requires us to finish by 4pm. On top of that, we have over 95 solo registrations and are short judges, which requires some adjustments to the order of play and starting 15 minutes earlier than usual.
We know this may be a bit inconvenient, and we truly appreciate your flexibility. Our planning committee has put great effort to ensure the event proceeds smoothly and we look forward to a great day filled with music and camaraderie.
