The annual Allan Quinn Memorial MSR contest was held at the Officers’ Mess, HMCS Bywater in Ottawa.  The contests were Drumming Group A (MSR), Drumming Group B (6/8 march) and Piping Group A (MSR).  The recitalist for the evening was Andrea Boyd.
