The Arnprior MacNab Pipes and Drums and the Smiths Falls Gordon Pipe Band are pleased to announce their collaboration.
The Smiths Falls band will incubate talent that will eventually find its way to the Arnprior band. Arnprior is supporting Smiths Falls by providing instructional assistance with Liam Melville and Shawn Melnyk.
Each band will continue to operate as independent organizations. It is hoped that musicians wishing to play at a higher band level, but do not feel ready to play with Arnprior MacNab will join with Smiths Falls Gordon and later migrate to Arnprior.
Both bands are actively recruiting drummers and pipers.
